Dalam perkara tersebut, Gatut Sunu Wibowo diduga melakukan praktik pemerasan terhadap 16 Kepala Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD). Modus yang dilakukan disebut berkaitan dengan permintaan sejumlah uang kepada para pejabat tersebut, yang diduga berkaitan dengan jabatan maupun kepentingan tertentu di lingkungan pemerintahan daerah.
KPK mendalami peran GSW dalam dugaan praktik korupsi ini dengan memeriksa berbagai dokumen serta keterangan dari saksi-saksi yang telah dipanggil sebelumnya. Selain itu, lembaga antirasuah juga menelusuri aliran dana yang diduga berasal dari hasil pemerasan tersebut untuk memastikan konstruksi perkara menjadi lebih jelas.
Kasus ini menambah daftar panjang kepala daerah yang terjerat kasus korupsi di Indonesia. KPK menegaskan komitmennya untuk terus menindak tegas setiap bentuk penyalahgunaan jabatan, termasuk praktik pemerasan yang merugikan tata kelola pemerintahan dan kepercayaan publik.
Sementara itu, pihak KPK mengimbau seluruh pejabat daerah untuk menjaga integritas dan tidak terlibat dalam praktik korupsi dalam bentuk apapun. Proses hukum terhadap Gatut Sunu Wibowo akan terus berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku hingga nantinya diputuskan dalam persidangan.

In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
